You may call us at any time to place orders, ask any questions or give us your comments.
To keep our overhead low, we do not have someone on staff to
answer phones full time. All calls will be returned to you as soon as

Minimums:
There is a $20.00 minimum order for retail customers.
Terms:
You may use your Visa or MasterCard to order over the phone or at our online store. We
also accept checks or money orders with the order form by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot
ship C.O.D. or keep open accounts at this time.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground, UPS, United States Postal Service, or comparable carriers.
Orders are usually shipped the same day as received, but due to scheduling
and volume, we ask that you please allow from 5 to
10 business days for delivery.
Freight:
A flat rate of $6.95 regardless of order size or your location will be
charged by Golden West Bird Products. However, we do offer a shipping
incentive to help offset this cost. Please

Claims:
Please check the order upon receipt for damage or shortages. Do not return goods without
authorization. No credit can be given after 5 days following receipt of your order.
